Six Personality Types

Dr. Taibi Kahler created a model based on transactional analysis in the mid-seventies, explaining that in everyday behavior, there are certain patterns associated with specific positive and negative reactions to certain things and events. PCM recognizes 6 types within each personality, which are:

#1 Thinker

#1 Thinker

The Thinker excels in organizing activities and detailed planning. As they willingly take on responsibilities, they are welcomed both in personal and professional relationships. When sharing their ideas with others, they do so by supporting all aspects with facts and logically structured arguments. A structured approach to work and recognition of their expertise are what matters most to the Thinker.

#2 Persister

#2 Persister

Persister is someone who views the world and evaluates it through the filter of their attitudes, opinions, and values. They are characterized by strong moral and ethical standards and are exceptionally insightful individuals. In communication with others, the Persister is very interested in presenting their opinion and hearing others'. Additionally, they are highly dedicated to their personal and professional development.

#3 Harmoniser

#3 Harmoniser

Harmonizer is a pleasant, empathetic person who views the world around them through the filter of emotions. When the people they interact with recognize the importance of their feelings, the Harmonizer highly values and respects it. They bring empathy and harmony into relationships and need to feel comfortable, accepted, and cared for by others.

#4 Rebel

#4 Rebel

Rebel is a creative individual who finds solutions where others don't see them. They are spontaneous, playful, and capable of bringing fun even into the most monotonous tasks. Additionally, they are characterized by spontaneity and a "Like/Dislike" reactive style. Others see them as a great source of positive energy and fun, so they are often invited to numerous gatherings.

#5 Imaginer

#5 Imaginer

Imaginer is an introspective and imaginative person. They often contemplate themselves, life, and all possible scenarios and variations of different events. Therefore, they often need time alone. When talking to people, they don't provide many facts but rather present their analysis of numerous hypotheses and options before reaching a conclusion.

#6 Promoter

#6 Promoter

Promoter gives the impression of a charming and likable person right from the first contact. They are extremely resourceful, and it can be said that they find a way out in every situation. They need dynamism in everything they do, and it's extremely important for them to feel alive at all times. The Promoter is someone who communicates directly and likes to get to the point immediately in conversation.
